1. PURPOSE OF THIS LIST
This List identifies the third-party service providers engaged by Objectis, UAB in connection with the provision, support, maintenance, analytics, payment processing, marketing and related operation of the CookieScript service.
For transparency purposes, this List distinguishes between:
(a) sub-processors engaged by Objectis, UAB when processing personal data on behalf of customers; and
(b) third-party subcontractors or service providers that process personal data as independent controllers for their own purposes or under their own privacy terms.
The qualification of a provider may depend on the specific processing activity concerned.
2. CURRENT THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
A provider may act in different roles depending on the relevant processing activity. Where a provider determines its own purposes and means of processing, or processes data under its own Privacy Policy, it is identified below as acting as an independent controller rather than as a sub-processor.

3. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Where any of the above providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Objectis, UAB shall ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law, including, where relevant, adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
