We’re excited to bring you the latest enhancements to CookieScript! These new features are designed to give you even more control and flexibility in managing Cookie Consent on your website. Here’s what’s new:

1. Support for Scanning Password-Protected Websites
You can now scan websites that are protected by basic HTTP authentication. This ensures that all areas of your site, even those behind a login, are thoroughly scanned for cookies and trackers.
You’ll find this under Scans > Website is under password.

2. Enhanced Centered Banner Design
We’ve refreshed the design of our centered consent banner for a sleeker, more modern look. If you’re using custom CSS, no worries—CookieScript will automatically enable the older banner version to ensure your customized design remains intact.
Available in Settings > Design tab.

3. Responsive Banner Previews
Now you can easily preview how your Cookie Consent banner will look on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, helping you ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
Check it out in Settings > Above the preview window.

4. Custom Extra Links in the Banner
We’ve added a new option that allows you to include up to 3 custom extra links directly in your banner. This gives you the flexibility to link to additional resources, policies, or any relevant pages of your choice.
You can find this under Settings > Banner elements > Show Extra Links in the banner.
