What are the fines for GDPR law violation in practice?

The GDPR Enforcement Tracker provides real fines and penalties that data protection authorities within the EU have imposed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the country, where the infringement was done, date, fine's size, and other data.

For example, the GDPR Enforcement Tracker shows, that the fines for not complying with GDPR could be several hundred euros for private individuals. For the companies, the fines for not complying with GDPR, start from 1000 – 3000 euro and could reach up to 100 000 euro or even millions of euros, depending on the severity of the violation, on the turnover of a company, and other factors.

Please note that this list does not show any fines imposed under national, non-European laws, or under other laws, not related to personal data protection violations.
