We accept all major Credit Cards using a well-known credit card processor Stripe. We also accept payments via PayPal. 

Sure, we will issue a full refund if requested within 7 days after purchase. However we would also like to hear what is it that made you change your mind, so we can improve our services.

Note that we do not offer partial refunds if requested after the 7 days refund period.

The prices displayed do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be calculated at the time of purchase after providing client details. The following rules apply for VAT:

1. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT (0% VAT).
2. Companies located within the EU (except Lithuania) and companies from the UK are also exempt from VAT (0% VAT).
3. Private customers within the EU will have VAT rates applied according to the VAT rates by country.

Once you buy a subscription, an automatic yearly payment plan is created in PayPal or Stripe (for credit cards) for the amount of yearly price. This amount will be automatically deducted in one year to extend your subscription. You can cancel these automatic payments at any time in your account settings (or in the case of PayPal also in your PayPal account directly). Your account will still have a proper Plan activated until the subscription expires.

If you are no longer using our services and got charged automatically because you forgot to cancel your automatic payments, just drop us a line within 7 days and we will refund the last payment completely, no questions asked.

Note: Our pricing policy is sometimes changed due to updates and new functionality. While you have automatic yearly payments enabled, you keep paying the original price (smaller price) that you have paid for the services. If automatic payment was canceled, you will have to get a Plan for the current price.

Unlike many other solutions, CookieScript delivers a complete set of features required to fully comply with GDPR, CCPR, and other privacy regulations:

1. Prior consent and third-party cookie blocking
2. Visitor consent recording and reporting
3. Possibility to withdraw consent on any page (with a link or Cookie Badge)
4. Possibility to set only strictly necessary cookies
5. Full report on all cookies used on the website
6. Automatic monthly Cookie Declaration update

And as an extra feature, we are offering flexible pricing for multiple websites which is something other solutions can't provide.

Premium / Pro subscription plans are some older plans which are not available for purchase anymore. Users who have bought those plans can keep them as long as automatic payments are extending those plans. All the Premium/Pro features will still be available.

However, some new features, like automatic website scan, higher page scan limits, and other updates will only be available for Standard/Plus plans. If you want to use those new features, you can upgrade to Standard/Plus plans by paying the difference between your current plan price and the new plan price.

Note that you should update to a Standard/Plus plan with proper website limitations if you are using CookieScript for more than 2 domains.

You can always upgrade from one plan to another by paying only the difference between those plans. Simply log in and purchase a new plan, discount for your previously purchased plan will be applied automatically for the first year of subscription. The new plan expiration date will be the same as the existing plan expiration date.

Unlimited domain was a cool feature we previously had that no other cookie compliance solution was able to offer. However, some good things have to end. We cannot offer unlimited domains feature anymore, but we have adjusted our pricing plans to be used with multiple domains. The more domains you use CookieScript for, the less you pay for each domain. Max 200 domains should be enough for most users, but if you are a big agency, you are welcome to submit a request quote form, and a member of our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Note that only active domains are calculated. This means if you are reaching the domain limit and you have some unused websites, you can disable cookie banners for those unused websites to create new cookie banners.

Currently, we offer automatic cookie scanning once per month. When the automatic scan is finished, an email with scan results will be sent and Cookie Declaration for your website will get updated automatically (both the banner and Cookie Declaration table on the cookie policy page).

Currently, we offer a website cookie scan for 100, 1000, or 3000 pages for Lite, Standard, and Plus plans. This is usually enough to collect all the website cookies. If you need to scan more pages, please submit a request quote form, and a member of our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

If Cookie Scanner reaches the limit of pages during the scanning process, it just stops scanning the remaining pages. This means that your website can have more pages, than our Cookie Scanner limits.

Cookie Scanner limits are not transferrable between websites. This means you cannot transfer unused Cookie Scanner pages from one website to another.

This depends on the banner you want to show on subdomains. If it is the same banner as on the parent domain (including the same cookie report), we have a special option that will allow it to work on any number of subdomains. In this case, you have an unlimited number of subdomains supported.

If you want to show a different banner on every subdomain (with different cookie reports), you will need to add each subdomain as a separate website. In this case, every subdomain will be counted as a separate website.
